Policies

Please read over our shop policies. By ​allowing us to groom your pet, you indicate that you have read our policies and agree to them.

  • No shows and appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in an additional charge at the rate of the full grooming price at the next appointment, with the exception of emergencies. We reserve the right to not rebook an appointment in the case of a no show.


  • Drop offs that are more than 10 minutes late will result in a charge of $3 every 5 minutes. Please understand that this is to limit any impact on our schedule and any appointments that are scheduled following yours.


  • Late pick ups that are at least 30 minutes after we send notification of completion of the appointment will result in a charge of $3 every 5 minutes.


  • For new clients, we require record of rabies vaccination sent through text in order to make an appointment.


  • We do not offer flea treatment and will not accept dogs who have fleas. In the case your pet is found to have fleas, there will be a $30 clean up fee.


  • In the case of matting, please be advised that even with extreme care during grooming, it may result in redness and skin irritation. As a result, we recommend having your pet groomed every 6-8 weeks.


  • In the event of an emergency, you give permission to Brownie’s Doggie Salon to seek emergency veterinary attention.


  • We accept cash, check, and credit cards as payment.

       Please be advised that credit card transactions have a 3% service fee.

       There will be a $35 fee for any returned checks.
